    Le Bell 320D LRA se compose d'une pelleteuse Caterpillar 320D équipée d'un bras à longue portée et d'une pompe Bell 200, le tout monté sur un châssis amphibie BA 200.

    Des pontons latéraux équipés de pieds d'ancrage ont été ajoutés pour renforcer la stabilité et la flottabilité. Afin de générer une puissance hydraulique suffisante, le contrepoids de la pelle a été remplacé par un système à châssis ouvert Bell HPPA 200.
