Bell Dredging Equipment provides complete dredge pump set for the Europa Terminal renewal in Antwerp!

Adex groep is working for the next 8 years on the large-scale renewal of the Europa Terminal in the Port of Antwerp. For this project, the Bell 300 dredge pump – along with a powerpack, waterjet pump, and all necessary hoses and equipment – is being put to work as a complete solution for the dredging operations!

What does the Bell 300 dredge pump do?

After the demolition of crane beams, and excavate the dry sand in top of the caissons, Adex Groep will shift to wet excavation. The Bell 300 dredge pump will be used to dredge up to 21 meters below the water level, enabling the continued demolition of the 46 huge caissons (30 meters wide, 30 meters long) below the waterline, all the way down to 21 meters underwater.
